Description

The Frymaster FM106-1424 Fryer Computer Probe measures cooking oil temperature and sends electrical signals to the control system throughout the heating process. As temperature changes occur, the probe provides continuous input that allows the controller to regulate heating cycles based on programmed operating conditions. This is installed inside compatible commercial fryers near the fry pot, where it remains positioned within the sensing assembly to monitor oil temperature during cooking. It features an 11-1/4-inch x 4-1/4-inch probe, 3/16-inch diameter, 36-inch leads, a 1/8-inch male push pin, and a 35-inch high-temperature sleeve for integration with the control circuit. It is commonly used in commercial frying equipment designed for electronic temperature monitoring.
