The Frymaster FM8262423 Fryer Computer Probe measures cooking oil temperature and sends continuous electrical data to the controller, allowing the heating system to respond as operating temperatures change. The sensing element remains immersed in the cooking conditions to provide temperature data throughout each frying cycle. It features an 11-1/4-inch x 4-1/4-inch probe with a 3/16-inch diameter, 36-inch leads, a 1/8-inch male push pin, and a 35-inch high-temperature sleeve for connection within the sensing circuit. This part is installed inside compatible commercial fryers near the fry pot, where it operates as part of the electronic temperature monitoring system during food preparation.
