Description

The Frymaster FM826-2423 Fryer Computer Probe tracks cooking oil temperature by sensing thermal changes and transmitting electrical signals to the electronic controller during operation. This continuous input allows the control system to regulate heating cycles based on programmed temperature settings for the cooking process. The probe is installed inside compatible commercial fryers near the fry pot, where it operates as part of the temperature sensing assembly used during frying. Featuring an 11-1/4-inch x 4-1/4-inch probe, 3/16-inch diameter, 36-inch leads, a 1/8-inch male push pin, and a 35-inch high-temperature sleeve, it is designed for integration with the control circuit and monitoring system.
