Description

The Nieco 13570-B Load Sensing Digital Control measures the weight on the cooker and uses it to regulate the operation of the smokers to ensure even heat distribution over the equipment. It detects changes in temperature and automatically adjusts the poultry production to suit the load identified. This unit is designed to be installed in commercial cooking systems, where it is usually installed in the control panel of the broiler and is to operate and adjust without taking up much space in the preparation parts.
