Description

The Nieco 13570C Load Sensing Digital Control is a regulator that sets the amount of energy and the speed of the belt of a commercial appliance based on the volume of food entering the cooking chamber. This automated interface will rapidly change the heat intensities based on the moment to ensure that the internal temperatures remain consistent irrespective of the number of patties loaded on the conveyor. This particular hardware is attached to the exterior control housing of the smoker unit so that it can be accessed by the user. The digital display gives continuous information on the status of operation.
