Description

The Nieco 13570B Load Sensing Digital Control measures the cooking loads and varies the amounts of radiant heat to stabilize output. It has sensors that sense the food's presence and weight and automatically adjust the cooking cycle to reach even cooking. This interface is facile to integrate and is installed in the handling panel of the appliance, which then can operate the operations without having to do it manually. It is compact and can be installed in the broiler assembly, giving it a centralized regulator over the distribution of heat and timing to operate with different food quantities.
