Description

The Nieco NC13570C Load Sensing Digital Control works with the concept of automatic regulation of heating elements, based on the temperature changes inside the chamber and the volume of the part on the conveyor belt. The unit is mounted directly to the control housing of the appliance, with the existing electrical interface of the automated cooking system being connected to it. The component ensures homogenous internal conditions by controlling power cycles depending on the literal product load instead of constant timers.
