Description

The Hobart 23525-1 Wire Whip Attachment features a unique wire design that efficiently blends ingredients and incorporates air into the mixture while the movable wires navigate through different depths of the bowl. The whip makes a constant circular motion as separate rotating wires disintegrate denser parts and blend liquid and semi-liquid materials by steady mechanical action within the mixing zone. It is fitted over the hubs of compatible 30-quart stand agitators and placed right inside the mixing bowl while whipping in a commercial kitchen preparation.
