The Uniworld UM-30WW Wire Whip Attachment SS has a wire structure that rotates at high speed and moves in a planetary pattern to agitate materials, and it is used for whipping to uses air into mixtures. Adaptable wires sweep through different depths of the blending bowl as they rotate to reduce thicker portions and to blend liquid and semi-liquid components by continuous mechanical motion within the blending zone to support uniform mixing throughout the batch. It is designed to fit securely onto compatible 30-quart stands, facilitating efficient whipping in commercial kitchens during ongoing operational cycles.
