Description

The Uniworld UM30WW Wire Whip Attachment SS utilizes a unique blending process where a rotating wiring framework stirs ingredients and infuses air into mixtures as the wires move through the bowl. They separate thick clumps, blend liquid and semi-liquid ingredients, and keep everything moving in a circle throughout the blending process. It fits on the hubs of compatible 30-quart stand systems. In commercial kitchens, this is placed inside the mixing bowl, where it interacts directly with the ingredients during the whipping operation and subsequent combining cycle in use.
