Featuring a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, the thermostat is calibrated for 425°F operation, allowing it to detect excessive heat and support reducing the probability of overheating. Its 1/2-inch MPT connection enables proper setup in the designated mounting location on compatible commercial fryers for continuous temperature monitoring.
