The Dean 806-3410 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit provides automatic thermal protection by monitoring system oil temperature and opening the heating circuit when the maximum safe temperature is reached. Engineered with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, it is factory set for a 425°F high limit to prevent excessive heat buildup during frying operations. The 1/2-inch MPT threaded connection allows proper installation in compatible commercial fryers, enabling continuous temperature monitoring throughout operation. It is commonly installed during routine maintenance and servicing to support safe equipment operation and stable cooking performance.
