The Dean 806-5333 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit is designed to monitor system oil temperature, and provide an automatic safety shutoff when heat exceeds the allowed operating limit. Using a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, it detects oil temperature continuously and is calibrated with a 425°F high-limit setting to protect the system from overheating. The 1/2-inch MPT threaded connection enable proper installation in compatible commercial fryer systems ensuring accurate thermal monitoring throughout operation.
