The Dean 806-7550 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit is intended to support and protect the commercial system by monitoring oil temperature and interrupting the heating system when the preset safety limit is exceeded. Designed with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, it provides accurate thermal detection and features a 425°F high-limit setting to reduce the possibility of overheating during operation. The 1/2-inch MPT threaded fitting allows secure installation in compatible fryer models for accurate temperature monitoring. It is commonly used during routine servicing to support maintaining stable operating conditions and consistent frying performance.
