The Frymaster 8060714 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit detects rising oil temperature through its 2-1/4" sensing bulb and disconnects the heating circuit when the temperature reaches 425°F. Its 1/2" MPT threaded connection secures the thermostat in position, allowing it to monitor heat levels continuously during fryer operation. The kit is mounted within the fryer’s temperature sensing and control assembly, where it operates alongside the heating elements and related controls to regulate operating conditions. Proper integration with the surrounding system allows the temperature monitoring process to operate as intended during commercial food preparation.
