The Frymaster 8061853 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit is designed to monitor system oil temperature and automatically interrupt the heating circuit when excessive heat reaches the preset limit. This action stops the heating cycle until the system cools to an acceptable operating range. Installed within the fryer’s temperature control assembly, the thermostat operates together with the heating system to supervise oil temperature during operation. Built with a 2-1/4" sensing bulb, a 425°F cutoff rating, and a 1/2" MPT threaded connection, this part is intended for use in compatible commercial fryers requiring accurate temperature safety control.
