The Frymaster 8063410 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit detects excessive oil temperature and opens the electrical circuit to stop the heating process once the preset limit is reached. Using a 2-1/4" sensing bulb, a 425°F temperature setting, and a 1/2" MPT threaded connection, it continuously monitors heat levels while remaining securely mounted during operation. This part is installed within the fryer’s temperature control assembly, where it operates with the heating and sensing system to monitor operating conditions. Proper installation allows the temperature monitoring process to operate as intended throughout routine commercial cooking applications.
