The Frymaster 8063515 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit regulates operation by sensing oil temperature and interrupting the electrical circuit whenever the preset safety limit is reached. This action prevents the heating system from continuing to operate after excessive temperatures are detected. Installed within the fryer’s temperature control section, the thermostat works alongside the sensing and heating assemblies to monitor operating conditions. Designed with a 2-1/4" sensing bulb, a 425°F temperature rating, and a 1/2" MPT threaded connection, this part fits compatible fryer systems and operates as part of the overall temperature control assembly.
