The Frymaster 8067541 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit responds to rising oil temperatures by monitoring heat and disconnecting the heating circuit when the maximum safety setting is reached. Equipped with a 2-1/4" sensing bulb, a 425°F temperature limit, and a 1/2" MPT threaded connection, it is designed to detect excessive heat and interrupt operation until safe conditions are restored. The thermostat is installed inside the fryer’s temperature control assembly, where it works with the heating system to maintain operating temperatures. The high part supports consistent temperature monitoring as part of the fryer’s built-in safety control system.
