The Frymaster 8067543 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit operates as an automatic temperature safety control that responds when system oil reaches an unsafe thermal level by shutting off the heating circuit. This allows the equipment to stop generating additional heat until operating conditions are restored. The thermostat is mounted within the fryer’s control area, where it monitors temperature as part of the heating system. Equipped with a 2-1/4" sensing bulb, a 425°F cutoff setting, and a 1/2" MPT threaded connection, this part is designed for installation in compatible commercial fryer applications.
