This action prevents additional heat from being applied until the temperature returns to an acceptable range. Installed within the fryer’s temperature control assembly, it operates alongside the heating system to monitor operating conditions during cooking. Featuring a 2-1/4" sensing bulb, a 425°F cutoff temperature, and a 1/2" MPT threaded connection, this part is designed for compatibility with applicable commercial models while supporting temperature regulation.
