Description

The APW APW56540 Thermostat controls heating by sensing temperature changes and cycling the electrical circuit to maintain the selected operating range during equipment operation. Configured for a 100–550°F range, it features a 1/4" x 5-9/16" sensing bulb and a 72" capillary tube that transfers temperature readings to the control mechanism. The part is installed within the control compartment, with the sensing bulb extending into the heated section to monitor operating conditions. It is used in commercial foodservice equipment where regulated heat is required for cooking, holding, or warming applications.
