Description

The Bakers Pride AS-M1110A Thermostat establishes a temperature-controlled electrical connection for heating equipment. Heat reaches the sensing bulb, producing a response that travels through the capillary toward the switching mechanism. The bulb measures 1/4" in diameter and 5-9/16" in length while 72" defines capillary length. The settings are 100° to 550°F and establish the selectable thermal range, while KA identifies the type. Internal contacts change electrical continuity as the selected temperature is reached, cycling heater power according to changing thermal conditions within the surrounding equipment.
