Description

The Bakers Pride BKPM1110X Thermostat manages the heating process by sensing temperature fluctuations and controlling the flow of electrical power to the system as conditions change. It continuously monitors heat through its sensing bulb, allowing the control mechanism to cycle the heater on and off to maintain the selected temperature. Designed for a 100–550°F operating range, the part includes a 1/4" x 5-9/16" sensing bulb and a 72" capillary tube for temperature detection. It is installed within the control assembly, with the sensing bulb positioned in the heated area of commercial cooking equipment where temperature regulation is required.
