The Dormont R48P42-0512-10R Regulator Liquid Propane 3/4" is a spare part that is intended to be used in commercial cooking appliances. It operates by decreasing and stabilizing the pressure of incoming propane into the appliance in a range of 5"-12" water column, which is a safe and constant flow of gas to burners and controls.
