The Garland F826-1177 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit detects excessive oil temperature and disconnects power to the heating circuit when the preset limit is reached allowing it to control the operating cycle. It reacts to temperature changes through the sensing element to manage high-limit safety operations during use. It is mounted inside the fryer's temperature regulation section, the part operates with the heating and control assemblies. Its 2-1/4-inch bulb, 425°F activation point, and 1/2-inch MPT fitting match the listed installation specifications. The kit includes the thermostat along with the necessary parts for installation in compatible commercial fryer models.
