The Frymaster FM806-0178SP High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit monitors system oil temperature and interrupts the heating circuit when excessive heat is detected preventing the fryer from continuing to heat beyond its preset limit. It automatically responds to rising temperatures as part of the unit's high-limit safety system. The 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, 425°F temperature setting, and 1/2-inch MPT connection are designed to match the specified installation requirements. It is mounted within the fryer's temperature control assembly, where it operates alongside other safety controls. The kit includes the thermostat and related installation parts for compatible commercial systems.
