The Frymaster FM806-0179 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit monitors oil temperature and disconnects the heating circuit when the temperature reaches the preset 425°F safety limit, preventing continued heating beyond the specified threshold. Featuring a 2-1/4-inch bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection the thermostat senses oil temperature and communicates with the electrical safety circuit throughout fryer operation. Installed in the fry pot with the sensing bulb immersed in the cooking oil, the kit connects to the control wiring and heating system. It operates with the thermostat and burner controls to supervise thermal safety during the frying cycle.
