The Frymaster FM806-0714 High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit monitors cooking oil temperature and interrupts the heating circuit when the preset 425°F limit is reached, supporting the prevention of excessive heat buildup during fryer operation. Equipped with a 2-1/4-inch bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat senses oil temperature and transmits the proper safety response through the electrical control system. Installed in the fry pot with the sensing bulb positioned in the oil, the kit connects to the thermostat wiring and heating controls. It operates with the burner and temperature control system to maintain safe operating conditions throughout the cooking process.
