The Frymaster FM806-0814 High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit provides automatic over-temperature protection by monitoring cooking oil and opening the heating circuit when the temperature reaches 425°F. Built with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat continuously detects oil temperature and activates the safety cutoff when required. Installed in the fry pot with the sensing bulb positioned below the oil surface, the kit connects directly to the fryer's electrical safety and temperature control circuits. It works alongside the heating system and operating thermostat to maintain safe fryer operation during cooking cycles.
