The Frymaster FM806-3515 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit continuously senses cooking oil temperature and shuts off the heating circuit if the temperature reaches the preset 425°F safety threshold. Featuring a 2-1/4-inch bulb with a 1/2-inch MPT mounting connection, the thermostat provides accurate temperature monitoring as part of the fryer's protective control system. Installed through the fry pot so the sensing bulb remains immersed in the oil, the kit connects with the electrical safety controls and heating assembly. It operates alongside the primary temperature controls to support preventing overheating during frying operations.
