The Frymaster FM806-5333 High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit protects the fryer by monitoring oil temperature and disconnecting, the heating circuit when the preset 425°F limit is exceeded. Equipped with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection the thermostat accurately detects temperature changes and activates the safety cutoff when necessary. Installed through the fry pot with the sensing bulb positioned in the cooking oil, the kit integrates with the fryer's electrical safety and temperature control circuits. It operates in conjunction with the heating controls and operating thermostat to support safe and controlled system performance.
