Designed with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat responds to rising oil temperatures and signals the safety circuit to prevent overheating. Installed through the fry pot with the sensing bulb extending into the oil, the kit interfaces with the fryer's control wiring and heating assembly.
