The Frymaster FM8063410 Fryer High-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit operates as a protective temperature control that monitors cooking oil and automatically disables the heating circuit when the preset 425°F safety threshold is reached. Designed with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat accurately senses oil temperature and responds to excessive heat before unsafe conditions develop. Installed through the fry pot with the sensing bulb positioned in the oil, the kit integrates with the fryer's safety wiring and temperature control system. It operates alongside the operating thermostat and heating elements to provide consistent over-temperature protection during fryer operation.
