The Frymaster FM8063515 Hi-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit protects the fryer from excessive oil temperatures by monitoring heat levels and opening the heating circuit when the preset 425°F limit is reached. Featuring a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat provides accurate temperature sensing and initiates the safety cutoff when overheating conditions occur. Installed through the fry pot with the sensing bulb extending into the cooking oil, the kit connects with the fryer's temperature control and safety circuitry. It operates together with the primary thermostat and heating system to support maintaining safe and controlled fryer performance.
