The Frymaster FM807-0095 Fryer Hi-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit provides essential temperature safety operation by detecting excessive cooking oil levels and disconnecting the heating circuit when the preset 425°F limit is exceeded. Designed with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat delivers accurate thermal monitoring for dependable overheat protection. Installed through the fry pot so the sensing bulb remains immersed in the oil, the kit integrates with the fryer's electrical safety and temperature control circuits. It operates together with the operating thermostat and heating assembly to promote stable temperature regulation and safe fryer operation.
