The Frymaster FM807-2274 Hi-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit is designed to protect fryer operation by monitoring cooking oil temperature and cutting power to the heating circuit when the preset 425°F limit is reached. Equipped with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb and 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat provides accurate thermal sensing to prevent overheating. Installed through the fry pot with the sensing bulb immersed in the oil, the kit connects to the fryer’s safety and temperature control circuits for dependable operation. It operates with the operating thermostat and heating system to maintain proper temperature control and support safe, efficient fryer performance.
