The Frymaster FM8070095 Hi-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit operates as an over-temperature protection control that continuously monitors cooking oil and interrupts the heating circuit when the preset 425°F safety limit is reached. Featuring a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb with a 1/2-inch MPT connection, the thermostat provides accurate thermal sensing for stable operation under cooking conditions. The kit installs through the fry pot, allowing the sensing bulb to remain immersed in the oil while connecting to the fryer’s safety and temperature control circuits. It operates together with the operating thermostat and heating assembly to maintain stable temperatures and protect the fryer from excessive heat.
