The Frymaster FM826-2454 Fryer Hi-Limit/Safety Thermostat Kit is designed to support and protect compatible commercial systems by monitoring oil temperature and automatically interrupting the heating circuit when the maximum safety limit is reached. It supports stable operation and reduces the possibility of overheating during continuous cooking applications. Equipped with a 2-1/4-inch sensing bulb, a 425°F high-limit temperature rating, and a 1/2-inch MPT threaded connection the kit is intended for secure installation in designated system assemblies. Used during regular maintenance and equipment servicing the thermostat supports consistent temperature regulation and consistent performance throughout commercial kitchen operations.
