The Frymaster 8102400 LP Pilot Orifice #16 works by controlling the amount of liquid propane entering the valve burner assembly to have a steady, standing flame. It is a component that uses a certain-sized internal opening to meter the gas pressure to ensure that the ignition system gets the precise volume of air required to burn. This brass fitting is installed by the technicians directly into the first fuel line connection that is placed below the main tanks. This is used in a flammable propane configuration, and that does not necessitate complicated changes to the existing gas manifold to be used.
