The Continental Refrigerator R56-1010 Door Hinge Assembly provides a self-closing to the doors of commercial cooking appliances. The hinge is setup between the cabinet frame and door, and the tension of spring is used to control the movement of the door, which automatically goes into a closed position. This system keeps a tight airtight seal, which does not allow the loss of cold air and keeps the interior temperatures constant. The assembly also contributes towards the proper alignment of doors and avoidance of hanging with time.
