Imperial 1177 Safety Thermostat LCCM with Auto Reset is the fryer safety component and it has a fixed temperature of 450 degree Fahrenheit. Its nickel-plated 5/16 x 3 ½” bulb and 36” capillary help maintain a more accurate temperature. This thermostat is compatible with American Range Fryers, Anets Fryer 14UF(S), Imperial Fryer Series (IF, IHR, IR), Tri-Star Fryers and automatically resets when safe temperature returns. Compatible with a 3/8” nickel stuff box and bracket for easy installation, it helps to achieve the best fryer performance, increase equipment’s durability and improve safety in the kitchen.
