The Frymaster 8100162 Coaxial Thermopile is a sensing component to use in gas fryers. It produces a low electrical current as a reaction to the heat produced by the pilot flame, which gives feedback to the gas control system to alert about the presence of the flame. It is installed and connects with the safety and control elements of the fryer to have the burner igniting properly and running continuously. It ensure safe flow of gas and release of unlit gases and ensures better fryer operation in a stable condition.
