The Southbend 1160206 Salamander Broiler Pressure Regulator 3/4" LP regulates and operates the gas pressure to maintain the correct flame intensity and cooking performance. It works by regulating the flow of liquid propane through the regulator to the broiler. This is directly connected to the gas line, and is usually placed close to allow direct control of pressure. This regulator is small and simple to set up and is fully compatible with other systems, and helps to ensure that is running smoothly and that the volume of gas flowing into the kitchen is adjusted properly.
