Description

The Market Forge 20-0193 Draw-Off Valve Knob provides a hand-operated control for opening or closing a connected dispensing mechanism. Its 3" stainless steel configuration forms the specified size and material arrangement for the control. This part is fitted onto the stem of compatible commercial cooking equipment keeping the grip accessible from the exterior. Turning the handle transfers movement to the attached mechanism allowing contents to flow or stop through the connected outlet.
