Description

The Hobart 836942 Draw-Off Valve Knob operates a connected dispensing mechanism through manual rotation. Turning the grip moves the attached stem changing the passage to start or stop liquid movement. This part is fitted at the designated control point on compatible commercial cooking equipment where the handle remains accessible from outside the unit. Its 3" size and stainless steel configuration determine the specified dimensions and material arrangement. The mounting section attaches to the corresponding stem transferring hand movement into the internal mechanism.
