Description

The Market Forge S20-0193 Draw-Off Valve Knob provides a manual interface for operating a connected dispensing mechanism. Rotating the grip transfers movement to the attached stem changing the internal passage to regulate liquid flow. This features a 3" size with stainless steel construction and is fitted at the designated control point on compatible commercial cooking equipment. The mounting section engages with the corresponding stem while the rounded grip remains accessible for hand operation. Turning the control opens or closes the connected passage as needed.
