Description

The Southbend 3996-1 Draw-Off Valve Knob provides a manual grip for controlling an attached dispensing mechanism. Turning the handle transfers movement to the valve stem allowing the connected passage to open or close. This is installed on compatible commercial cooking equipment at the valve control location where the operator can access it from outside the unit. The 3" size and stainless steel configuration define its specified form and material. Its mounting section fits onto the corresponding stem while the rounded grip allows controlled turning. It is used during draw-off operations involving liquid contents in commercial foodservice equipment.
