Description

The Southbend PP-700 Draw-Off Valve Knob operates a connected dispensing valve through manual rotation. Turning the grip moves the attached stem changing the internal passage so liquid can start or stop flowing. The part is fitted at the designated valve control point on compatible commercial cooking equipment keeping the grip accessible from outside the unit. Its 3" size defines the specified diameter while stainless steel identifies the material configuration. The mounting section joins the corresponding stem and transfers hand movement into the valve mechanism.
