Description

The Garland 222106 Infrared Burner W/NAT Orifice 27-1/4" X 6-3/4" #40 operates by forcing natural gas through a special combustion chamber. This arrangement transforms the fuel into radiant heat energy which is emitted uniformly on the surface area to be highly efficient in transferring thermal energy. It is fitted into the broiler heating assembly, which is heavy-duty to enable consistent cooking temperatures.
